The process of designing, reviewing, revising and signing our new trusts, that we just went through with Chuck, was so much better than the one we went through the first time we had one drawn up by someone else.

We feel so much more comfortable now with what we have laid out.

Chuck explained in detail every piece of the new trust and why and how it pertained to us. He helped guide us through the selection of appropriate people as trustees for our trust and others for our financial powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney. He explained what their responsibilities are going to be.

Our new trusts now explains everything – who is responsible for what, and it also reflects our wishes for our children and our families.

We are so happy we made this change. Our old trust was too basic. Our old attorney did not properly explain how everything inside a trust worked. We no longer feel that way after working with Chuck!
